Quotes are estimates
A price given through this website or by phone is an estimate based on what you tell us about the property. If the property turns out to be significantly different from what was described, we will contact you with a revised price before doing the work — never after.
Scheduling and cancellation
Appointments are confirmed directly with you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as far ahead as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
If something isn't right
Tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return and re-clean the area at no additional charge.
Accuracy of this site
We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but service availability and pricing can change. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until we confirm it with you directly.
